Arjan van Beem, the City Group Stay host, tries to make his accommodation as ‘smart’ as possible. This means that you can easily use all amenities during your stay. The holiday villa has many amenities, like a jacuzzi and sauna. These are Arjan’s favourites.
Jacuzzi
Many people want a group accommodation with a jacuzzi. The accommodation of City Group Stay has a large jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is always fresh, clean and heated (40 ºC) for you. During the day, you have a beautiful view of the farmlands of Zwanenburg from the jacuzzi. And in the evening or at night, you can enjoy the starry sky in the steaming heat. (Wo)man cave
At the rear of the holiday villa, you will find a large insulated veranda with glass sliding doors and a wood-burning stove. Slide them open in the summer. Leave them closed in the winter months. Turn up the heaters or keep the wood-burning stove going and enjoy! There is a bar table with stools, a comfortable sofa, a games cabinet, a smart TV and a Sonos system in the (wo)man cave. Everything for a great evening! Smoking is allowed in the (wo)man cave.
Hotel beds made on arrival
The hotel beds are already made for you on arrival and two fresh towels. There are bunk beds for the little ones and several bedrooms if you come with different families. The accommodation also has a washing machine and tumble dryer so you can wash your clothing and towels.
Sauna
Come and relax in the sauna on your own or together with friends or family. It is located on the porch. You can access the music system from within the sauna. Read the rules for using the sauna.
Sonos
You do not have to bring your own music system! The accommodation is equipped with a Sonos music system. Manage your music from any room in the accommodation via the Sonos app. Radio, podcasts and Spotify. Everything is possible! Start by putting together a fun playlist. Smart TV
You will find two smart TVs in the accommodation; one in the living room and one in the (wo)man cave. Easily stream your favourite YouTube videos or Netflix series. In addition, all channels from all over the world are available.
Extensive kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with various appliances, including an oven, Airfryer, dishwasher and Quooker. So you can go wild with culinary delights! The use of a deep-fat fryer is not permitted due to fire safety regulations. But the cocktail croquettes, frikandells, cheese soufflés and other snacks are just as tasty in the AirFryer!
Barbecue
A barbecue is available on the outdoor terrace. Will you let us know if we can provide high-quality meat for you?
Table tennis table
In the (wo)man cave, you will find a professional table tennis table where you can play a game with your family or friends. Who will be the champion? Enter the battle with each other!
Lockers
There is a locker in the accommodation. Here you can safely lock away your passport, wallet, keys and other valuables when you go out. You choose your own keycode to open the locker.
