Check out is between 10:00 and 11:00h. Make sure to check the following:

• Did you close all windows and doors?
• Leave the towles in the bathroom.
• Did you empty the dishwasher?
• Did you clean the refrigerator?
• Did you clean the kitchen counter?
• Dispose of glass and plastic separately in the appropriate waste bins outside.
• Make sure the furniture is in the same place as it was on the day of arrival.
• Make sure the house is wipe clean.
• Report any damage to the owner.

The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out if the above rules have been followed correctly. If not, it will be deducted from the deposit.
