What are the check-in and check-out times?
The accommodation is ready to receive guests from 3 p.m. Host Arjan will welcome you and give you a short rundown of the accommodation and facilities. If host Arjan is not present, you will be able to check in yourself with the Smart Key Code sent to you via WhatsApp. Arjan will then pop by later to give you a short rundown of the accommodation and facilities. We kindly ask that you check out of the accommodation before 11 a.m.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
You may leave your luggage at the accommodation before 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Perhaps you could then use the opportunity to visit the city with our taxi service. Checking out later depends on bookings and availability. We will ask a small fee for late check-out.
May I bring my pet?
Pets are only allowed following consultation with host Arjan. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are of course always welcome. There are no food or water bowls in the accommodation.
How can I book?
The easiest way to book the accommodation is via our website. If you join our loyalty club, you will benefit from a 5% discount on each direct booking and other exclusive member benefits.
What taxes are charged?
Renting the accommodation is subject to VAT of 21%. In addition, you will be charged a tourist tax per person per night. You can find a price specification in the offer.
Can we cancel our stay?
City Group Stay offers free cancellation until five days before arrival (3 p.m.). If you cancel after five days before arrival, the first night will be charged in full. The other nights will be charged at 50%.
How do I cancel our stay?
If you have booked a (free) cancellation percentage, you can cancel online. Make sure that you can access the email address you used to make the booking and that you have the confirmation number.
Which credit cards and debit cards does City Group Stay accept?
City Group Stay accepts all usual credit cards and debit cards.
Does City Group Stay accept cash payments?
City Group Stay prefers payment by card, but we do accept cash payments.
Am I obliged to pay a deposit when checking in?
When checking in, a deposit of €50 will be asked for each person. City Group Stay accepts cash payments for the deposit. The deposit will be refunded provided your stay does not result in damages or nuisance.
Are the prices per person or per accommodation?
The prices quoted are per accommodation. In other words, you always pay the same price, regardless of the number of people staying in the accommodation. However, the number of people staying can never exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment.
City Group Stay kindly requests that you inform the host if you invite guests to the accommodation either during the day or in the evening. In some cases, we will charge a fee.

City Group Stay prefers its guests to book online via
our website or WhatsApp (+31 6 47 95 35 82).
Does the villa come with basic facilities?
You will find a welcoming package waiting for you in the accommodation. The welcoming package contains coffee, tea, milk sachets, sugar, salt and pepper.
Are you allowed to bring your own food and drinks?
Guests are of course allowed to bring their own food and drinks to the group accommodation. Would you prefer to order in a meal? No problem! The delivery address of the accommodation is IJweg 179 in Zwanenburg.
What does the beer and barbecue service entail?
You will find a beer tap and barbecue on the patio. If you wish to use them, City Group Stay will ensure that the cask is connected and order in high-quality meat.
Is there a bar, café or restaurant in the vicinity?
There are several catering establishments in the vicinity of the group accommodation. Host Arjan will be happy to share the best spots with you!
Does City Group Stay also offer breakfast, lunch and dinner?
City Group Stay would be pleased to arrange your breakfast, lunch and dinner. We will ask a small fee for this service.

Does City Group Stay provide towels and bed linen?
Yes. A linen package will be waiting for you on arrival. The package contains bed linen and one towel per person.
Will a cleaning service be available during our stay?
The group accommodation is not cleaned during stays of fewer than six nights. Cleaning supplies are available in the accommodation, however. A fresh linen package (bed linen and towels) can be provided for a small fee.
Do you have fee WiFi?
The accommodation features super-fast WiFi. You will be given the password on arrival.
Is there parking space near the accommodation?
There is parking space for a maximum of ten cars in front of the accommodation.
Are there child’s beds and baby chairs in the accommodation?
Yes, City Group Stay has beds and chairs available for the little ones. The child’s bed only has a mattress and fitted sheet. When booking, please indicate that you will be needing a child’s bed and/or baby chair.
